Giving back to the community
Diligent Care Services supports projects both here in the UK and abroad.
We support the Boparan Charitable Trust which aims to help children and young people up to the age of 18, throughout the UK, who are disadvantaged either through poverty, disability or life-limiting conditions.
We also support MAITS, which is a charity providing therapeutic services in third world countries for children with special needs.
We have also sent equipment to special needs schools in Ghana and also donated therapeutic equipment to the children’s physiotherapy department of the Korle Bu Hospital in Ghana.
We support AACT in Ghana, an organization working towards supporting children with Autism and their families.
We are also currently looking for health professionals – Speech and Language, OT and Social Workers to work on volunteer basis in Ghana with children who have special needs via primary health care services. Travel and accommodation will be paid for.
